Apéro conditions
- Outside the opening hours, the duration of booked offers is limited.
- The apéro lasts one hour. For longer events, a charge of CHF 40 per half hour is applied.
- Apéros are organised for groups of 10 or more.
- From 25 to 49 persons, an additional flat rate of CHF 70 is applied; from 50 to 74 persons, CHF 140; from 75 to 99, CHF 210.
- Bookings made by telephone or in writing are binding. You will rapidly receive a confirmation by e-mail.
- Orders, changes or cancellations must be submitted at least one week before the event. After that, the agreed costs will be fully charged.
- Z Payment modalities: You can pay at the museum welcome desk in cash or with EC-direct / Postcard. If you wish to receive an invoice, you will be charged an additional CHF 10 fee (no fee above CHF 400). Reduced rates only apply if one person pays for all.
